How to Read the JD’s

Dear All
This exercise will help you to understand how to read the JD’s, this will give you
an idea the requirement of JD like -What are the responsibility, Skills &
Competency require to perform these JD’s.
In given file there are more that 140 JD’s from different different companies of
various sectors.
You need to select any 10 JD’s (Minimum 3 different sector has to be there) &
provide the following details as per your understanding.
1) Profile Related to which sector
2) Role /Responsibilities of the JD.
3) Which domain topics this JD covers?
4) What are the skill set /Competency required to perform this JD?
5) Map your Skills /Competency with these JD’s
i.e. whether you will qualify for these JD’s or Not?
Steps to be followed
1) Mention Company name, Sector & Profile.
2) You can provide a table in word document or you can plot required details in
excel.
3) UID, Name & Section has to mention while submitting word or Excel -this is
must.
4) You need to submit assignment on ERP only. If you face any issue while
uploading on ERP contact with ERP team or batch in-charge
5) Do not send mail to faculty directly.
Roll out date: - 10th Sept.,21 Submission date: - 12nd Sept.,21
