We, the undersigned, hereby offer that we are willing and able to supply the above commodity, on
C&F basis, USA as follows:

-That the price per unit, for the above product shall be 23$(Twenty three US Dollars).

-That Insurance cover shall be optional, depending on customer preference.

-That goods will be supplied by express air freight shipment either from here in Canada or our subsidiary
in New-Zealand, depending on where there is inventory, at the time of your order confirmation.

-Clearing of goods from local Customs authority in USA delivery facility shall be
the burden of the buyer.

-Air delivery shall be executed in no more than 14 business days.

-That, a Trade discount of 10% the above price shall also apply, where total order quantity is 1000 units
or above.

The present offer is only valid for 12 days, as from date of issue & may be altered, depending on
existing forces of demand & supply, likewise other associated logistic variables.

Payments shall be 100% bank wire transfer(T/T), against the Pro-forma invoice in favor of selling
party
