Project Title: Suicide should never be an option, because there’s always a way out.

Project Objective/s: To examine suicidal behavior and associated factors in each

person. To create a zoom group for evaluating suicide prevention in all aspects.

Project Description: As a serious public health problem it demands our attention and
indicates the prevention of suicide, which involves a whole series of activities, ranging
from the best possible conditions for bringing up our youth, through the effective
treatment of mental disorders, to the environmental control of risk factors. Appropriate
dissemination of information and awareness.
The participants will join and answer a survey via google forms based on how to
deal regarding suicide. They will be games and surprises. At the end of the session, the
participants were be able to receive a gift of token like a letter and inspirational quotes
to be sent via email.

Number of target Population: Any persons with mental illness, persons with alcohol
and/or substance abuse, persons having made a previous suicide attempt.
Expected Outcome: To assist individuals regarding suicide. To overcome their daily
lives and needs. This is not a seminar but rather a uplifting one’s individual. PMSA
would benefit on this project in a way that the participants would be aware of the
existence and mission and vision of the organization. To influence others about the
good deeds of how to be a PMSA member. To understand not only about suicide but
the good things how we should be thankful that we are still here on earth, despite of this
pandemic.
