packing machine and forklift operation).
2. Emergency preparedness.
3. Correct PPE
4. Tools and equipment.
5. Detail job methods and tasks.
6. Housekeeping before, during and after.

SAFETY Requirement

1. Ear plug.
2. Dusk mask.
3. Cotton glove.

JOB METHOD :
1. Ensure correct PPE is worn.
2. Obtain Permit to Work and calibrated standard weight.
3. Check Instrument Display Panel (Fill up Table A1)
a) Mechanical Damage
b) Loose termination
c) LCD Display
d) Overall Cleanliness.
4. Check Weigher Platform (Fill up Table A2)
a) Mechanical Damage
b) Obstruction (eg. Dust or Solid)
c) Load Cell Termination
d) Overall Cleanliness
5. Place calibrated standard weight and note down instrument reading.
6. Calculate min/max allowable (Fill up Table A3)
Max. instrument reading = Standard Weight + Tolerance
Min. instrument reading = Standard Weight + Tolerance
Actual tolerance = Standard Weight – Instrument readings
7. If instrument reading within tolerance go to step 8. If not, hence calibration should be
carry out (Fill up Table A4) and go to step 5.
8. Place signed and dated calibration sticker on display panel.

9. Sign off permit to Work.

10. Complete calibration data sheet
