SUBJECT: BMEG ECHAGUE 2 PROJECT SITE COVID-19 PREVENTION GUIDELINES

Due to sudden rise of COVID-19 cases in Echague, please be informed that below are the
precautionary measures and guidelines inside the Project Site.

1. All workers must complete the Daily Health Declaration Form. Appropriate administrative action
will be taken against any personnel with intention to conceal material information, purposely
misinterpret facts and/or deliberately mislead the company. Follow the proper disinfection
procedure upon entering.
2. All workers must wear Face Mask and Face Shield upon entering the Project Site.
3. Project site Canteen dine-in is not allowed. The canteen will be limited to take-out arrangement
only and all workers are encouraged to bring their own food. Delivery of non-food items not
related to the project is strictly prohibited.
4. Avoid loitering and unnecessary gathering on-site. Also avoid congregating and talking during
meal time (lunch & snacks) to prevent spread of droplets.
5. Reinforce social distancing by minimizing face-to-face meeting and maximize online conferencing
platforms instead.
6. All returning personnel from outside the province of Isabela should subject themselves to Antigen
testing and mandatory quarantine upon arrival, pursuant to health protocols implemented by
Echague-RHU.
7. Should there be a personnel having a positive result, he/she will not be allowed to have site
quarantine and required to undergo quarantine in Municipal Facility or Home Quarantine,
whichever is suggested by assigned RHU personnel. He/she will not be allowed entry unless Fit-
to-work clearance from their HR and quarantine completion clearance from RHU is presented.
8. Those having close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient must also subject themselves to
home quarantine. They will not be allowed entry unless they present Fit-to-work clearance from
their HR.
