Fillers and Important Do and Don’t within meals

• Green tea once or twice a day ( Lemon or ginger or Tulsi or cinnamon or mint)

• Seasonal fruits (papaya, Apple, mango(one to two slice only), kiwi, orange, mausambi
watermelon, melon)

• Bhuje Chana 3-4 spoons as Bhel , Can add Makhane to it .

• For sugar craving 2cubes of dark chocolate or flavoured yoghurt 100 gm approximately

• Five almonds and one walnut soaked overnight after morning detox drink

• Multivitamins ( Revital or any good brand)

• Can have buttermilk, coconut water, lemon water without sugar any one in a day with
soaked with Chia seeds for 30 minutes

• Water intake 3–4 Litres in a day

• Oil used coconut oil, Olive Oil, canola oil or Desi ghee 1–2 spoons a day

• For face exercise chewing gum is preferred

• After 45 minutes of consuming Any meal walk for 20 minutes and be active

• Replace sugar with Stevia, jaggery or brown sugar

• Smile more laugh for 15 minutes each day

• Don’t check your weight every day, check on eighth day

• Measure yourself weight inches on every 10th , 20th , 30th day when you begin with the plan .

• Keep difference between 4–5 hours between major meals and 2–3 hours between snacks
• For salt cravings have 2-3 Monaco biscuits or butter free popcorn

• Food prohibited – junk food, fried food, sweets ❌

• Try to avoid salt after 7pm.

• Prefer pink Himalayan salt.
