IV. ESSAY

1. Role of Technology in making Art (10 Points)

2. Explain/ Elaborate the statement given by Peter Drucker, “Marketing aims to know and
understand the customer so well the product or service fits him and sells itself.” (15 Points)

1. There are big connectivity between art and technology. Because art is the expression of human life and
technology is a part of human satisfaction. If we open our eye to the factual perspective of 20 th century
arts it shows that technology has already a comparability to the human arts. Let say for example the
process of pottery production most are already using machines to manufacture the exact quota
production in time. Also our beautiful and colorful Philippine art crafts are also persisting in the process
of machines. One of the best example of the amalgamation of art and technology is the electronic art
where artist are using touchscreens as their main medium to their art works. Those are we common
we saw on the animation industry. We cannot really deny the fact that we cannot separate this two
elements of modern creative industry. Because there are perfect together.
