Project Title : BARANGAY OFFICIALS FORUM AND FIRST QUARTER MEETING

Project Proponent : SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY MEMBERS AND ALL APPOINTIVE OFFICIALS

Source of Fund : MOOE

RATIONALE:

As one of the program and activities of Barangay Government of Barangay A. Bonifacio

is to conduct of year-end forum and quarterly meeting. This activities aims to Capacity building
intervention of elective & appointive officials.

This activities will be informed also the August body the strictly implemented in
adherence to DBM Circular and guidelines, other Local Government Code Provision and other
pertinent laws.

II- OBJECTIVES: This Activity sought to:

1. Organize and functionality of the different barangay organization,

2. Monitor cases on barangay issues and concern on health services, day care services;
3. Maintain Peace and Order, conduct skills training,
4. Update/monitor their own duties and responsibilities pertaining to their assignment
/committees;
5. Give emphasis on submission of monthly accomplishment report,
6. To gathered some ideas, information and knowledge to handle some issues in barangay;

PROJECT BENEFECIARIES: All Barangay Elective and Appointive Officials

PERIOD OF IMPLEMENTATION: February 6, 2021
