Project Title : ACQUISITION OF HOUSEHOLD PLATES

Project Proponent : SK TASK FORCE AND SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY MEMBERS

Source of Fund : Brgy. Fund & 10% SK Fund

RATIONALE:
As one of the primary projects and activities of Kalipunan Kabataaan of Barangay Imelda
(Aquino) is the acquisition of household plates. This projects aims to monitor and identify the
households head and to be able to identify the list of family and members their basic needs for the
common good and welfare of every constituents.

II- OBJECTIVES: This Activity sought to:

1. Availability of Support facility;

2. To be able to names and numbers of household in every Purok/Sitios;
3. To monitor the location of families through proper numbering of houses;
4. Initiate and facilitate more plan and projects for to every households for the proposed
barangay projects that needs proper attention and concerned.
5. To monitor /indentify the numbers of barangay who does not proper disposal, toilet and
water facilities.

PROJECT BENEFECIARIES: Youth, KK task Force Member, residents of Barangay Imelda (Aquino)

PERIOD OF IMPLEMENTATION: December 21, 2017
