Will exceed the minimum depth of vegetal soil and the minimum depth of
foundation will be hf = 1.40 m;
At the depth of 1.40 m, dusty clay can take pressure up to Pconv. = 160 kPa;
At the depth of 2.00 m, dusty clay can take pressure up to Pconv. = 190 kPa;
Hydrostatic level lies at a depth of 5.80 m and underground water shows no
aggression for concrete;
From digging point of view the soil is hard;
According to the Seismic Design Code P100 – 1/2006 table 4.2, importance
class is „III” and the importance coefficient is γi = 1.00; ground
acceleration ag = 0.16g and corner period Tc = 0.7 sec;
According to HG-766/97 the importance category is „C”;
Reference weight of snow layer is Gz = 1.8 KN/mp, according to STAS

3. The structure:
The infrastructure consist of a network of beams laid on both directions;
At the depth of 4.00 m the feet of foundations will be embedded 20 cm in the
dusty clay layer and will be designed for a pressure of Pconv. = 190 kPa.
Superstructure will be made on frames and solid concrete floors;
Closures and divisions will be made of masonry walls GVP (or BCA); wall
thickness will be 37.5 cm at the exterior and 25 cm at interior (self-supporting
walls subdivision will have 7.5 – 12.5 cm thickness);
At all levels the floors will have a thickness of hp = 13 cm made of reinforced
concrete;
Continuous elevation of concrete with width of 40 cm at exterior and 25 cm at
interior. At the superior part of elevation is provided a belt 40x25 cm, 25x25 cm,
reinforced with 6 respectly 4Ф10 and stirrups Ф6/20;
Between elevation and masonry is provided a waterproofing layer;
The roof is terrace type;
Divisions are made of brick masonry;
