13. BOU Vino Y Tapas is a great little spot, close to lleras but hidden away. Excellent tapas, although very
small portions. Not bad wine list. It's not easy to find, which is why I like it. It's in a refurbished

language school. There is the bonus benefit of college age girls all over the place. They are open pretty
late. The continental style food is surprisingly good and the dining room is decorated in a sophisticated
urban style with several tables on an outdoor terrace with great views of the city and the mountains. One
word of warning, the portions are American sized so be careful with how much you order. The prices are
competitive.
