Chef Adie Recipe

Bebek Betutu

Ingredient:
A. 1 pcs Young Duck
20 gr salt
10 gr seasoning (MSG)

B. 60 gr Shallot D. 30 gr Galangal (Slice)


30 gr lemongrass stalks 3 gr bay leaves
20 gr Candlenut banana leaf
5 gr Ginger
30 gr Turmeric
5 gr Aromatic Ginger
3 gr Pepper
20 gr cayenne pepper
3 gr Coriander
5 gr grilled shrimp paste
15 gr Salt

C. 60 gr Shallots
20 gr curly chili
30 gr red chili
40 gr Lemongrass

D. 600 gr coconut water


4 Sheets of Salam Leaves

How to make:

1. Wash and clean the duck until clean then coat with ingredient A and knead and let stand at
least 15 minutes, then wash again.
2. Puree ingredient B and coat it and spread it evenly throughout the chicken
3. Chop ingredient C then mix well and coat all parts of the chicken
4. Put into a pressure cooker with ingredient D and cook for 15-20 minutes.
5. Lift, and ready to serve.
