Writing Activity 1. Email letter to a friend.
You are the editor of a university magazine. You need to write a 3-paragraph article about
people’s “Bucket list”. Tell your readers the things you have/haven’t done; places you
have/haven’t visited; etc.

My dear friend reader, today, in this wonderful day I want to tell a Little about me and my

“Bucket List”. Since I was a little girl I wrote and that over the years I have worked for them

to come true. The first wish from the list I’m telling you about, I wrote it 20 years ago, I

wished to have my own skates and to be able to run so fast with them, in my 7th birthday, I

did it. My dad for my birthday he bought me my firts skates, I remember the skates were

Pink wih White and with them I made my first wish come true, after so many falls (because

were several times) I archieved to run very fast with my skates, but like a Good girl I forgot

quikly how much I wished my skates and my next wish was to be a soccer player, of course,

muy mom didn´t agree, but I insisted so much that in the end I got her to sign me up to a

trainnind school, that wish longer than the previous wish, I was so happy playing with others

girls and with the ball, the wish was more big, finally my mom seeing me with so many

blows, she decided get me out od the trainig school, yes, my dream collapsed, I couldn’t do

it. So, I cry a lot like for 3 days, after that I forgot it again. When i was 10 years old my wish

was to be the Messi’s wife, yes, the soccer player of the Argentina and Barcelona Selection,

of course, It was a frustrated wish, He wouldn’t married with a 10 years old girl like me
hahaha! So, I decided for someone more nearly, and I wanted to married with James

Rodriguez the soccer player of the Colombia selection, neither does He merried with me

because that saame year, He married with Daniela Ospina, a new wish that did not come

true. I suffered so much for that.

When I was 14 years old I wished to enter a water park and my old brother help to come it

true. I left so hurt that I wish I hadn’t wished. In the end of the school time I wished to be the

best student, the years before it’s better not to mention it to you, my dear friend. So whe I

was in ninth grade I got a pomotion and in less than 3 months I was in tenth grade already,

It was a great wish come true, I always wanted to know the sea and for the birthday numer

18 of my twins sisters, we went together to Santa Marta, definitely It was the best wish I

could wish, I burned like shrimp, but It was worth it. There are others wishes I still not come

true, I can’t tell you because I think and may be you too, that sometimes It’s better keep the

things for ourselves, It’s bad, but there are people really envious and unfortunately the

happiness of somebody is the sadness of others.

As you see, some of my wishes were so ridiculous, others very badly thought, but definity

others have been wonderful experiences and i have enjoyed in family; right now I’m

archieving the most important wish in my life for now, to be a professional, after a lot of

effort (It has been enough) I am getting closer to my greatest reality, to be an engineer. So,

you, my dear reader, I just want to tell you, never give up on your wishes and dreams, live

without wishes is to be dead, the wishes have value when You make effort so that they stop

being wishes and become true, Remember this: “What” and “If” together Will weigh you

down all your life.

Hello everybody!
I want to tell you about my infance.
when I was child I wanted to do a lot of things, someones I archieved do them but others I
still haven´t done.
I loved to play soccer, to ride on skates, also I did not so good things like skipping school to
go play with my friends, in a time I was in an astronomy club and I found out that I love the
astrony, in that time left the “ratatolli” movie since then I watch that movie, also I went for
first time to the cinema and I watched the Little efelant movie, my mom trought me to cook
and I start to estudy in an english academic but often I did not go to the class for staying
playing to found out which was the secret posima to return to the frog a blue prince, finally I
didn’t continue with that because my mom took me out of the academy because I was not
learning, I tortured my little sisters because I was stronger and I loved to see them beg me.

I always wanted to go to the Disney parks and I have not been there yet, I decided to study

English well and I still haven’t done, I wanted to have a pet but my mom never let me have

one.
