patients.

 Compassion - Compassion is defined as a loving attitude toward people as individuals rather

than as objects. Nurses caring for patients as individual human beings and the presence of their

is important because the compassion of a nurse is regarded as an exceptionally valuable
characteristic of supervision because it provides patients with enough emotional support,
