Exercising certainly brings many benefits, but many people consider
it trivial, and sometimes it is considered a dangerous thing for
themselves, even though exercising is something important
Argument
First, exercising strengthens the muscles thereby increasing the
ability of the muscles to produce oxygen in the blood circulation. In
this way, the heart works more efficiently to pump blood throughout
the body.
