Document history
1. After the installation completed, you can open Cisco Jabber via Google Play Store (Android)/AppStore
(iOS) or application tray.
6. Fill in the corresponding field with the following format (Windows Username):
firstname[space]lastname@pwc-id.com
8. Fill in your Windows password in the corresponding field and then tap Sign In.
9. If your mobile phone has fingerprint feature, it is better to have fingerprint authentication by tapping
Ok and then put your registered finger on the sensor.
11. Tap your photo icon on the top left side of the screen to see your connection detail. Blue check mark
should present in order to use Cisco Jabber properly. If yellow triangle appears instead of blue
check mark, it means something wrong either with your internet connection or your account detail.
B. Make a call
You can now make a call by these three easy way : search using PwC directory, call history, and dial the
number directly. Here’s a detailed steps on how to make a call using Cisco Jabber.
2. Type the name of the person that you want to make a call with.
6. Now you have to wait the person that you’ve called to answer the call.
Please notice that if both persons are using WiFi, your call will be automatically switch to
video call even if your call options (in Settings) is use audio only.
Furthermore, if you want to use video call using mobile data (not WiFi), both persons have to
change their call options (in Settings) to use audio and video.
2. Tap phone icon on the person that you want to make a call with.
3. Now you have to wait the person that you’ve called to answer the call.
1. First, you can dial the number directly using search icon on the top right of Cisco Jabber home
screen.
2. Type the number that you want to call in search or call field.

4. Second, you can dial the number directly using call history tab. Tap phone icon tab on Cisco
Jabber home screen.
7. Tap the green phone icon on the bottom of the screen to make a call.
8. Now you have to wait the person that you’ve called to answer the call.
C. Chatting
You can now chat with everyone in PwC directory using Cisco Jabber. You can start personal chat and
group chat. Here’s a detailed steps on how to make a chat using Cisco Jabber.
1. First, you can start personal chat by using search icon on the top right of Cisco Jabber home
screen.
4. Second, you can start personal chat by using chat icon tab on Cisco Jabber home screen.
6. Type the name of the person that you want to chat in add people by name or email field.
8. You can start chatting by typing any messages in enter message here field and send the messages
using send icon.
3. Type names of the people that you want to chat in add people by name or email field.
4. Choose them and then tap Done to start chatting. You can also type the topic in topic field.
5. Now you have to wait until other participants accept your group chat invitation to start chatting.
