CEO PROFILE
I have been a Corporate, Investment & Transaction Banker for
over 23 years as I have worked with Banks like United Bank
Limited, Askari Commercial Bank Limited, Bank Alfalah Limited,
Emirates International and Union Bank Limited.
I along with my team have catered various industries like textile,
cement, home appliances, poultry, feed, cotton, FMCGs,
distribution, chemical and paints, steel manufacturing & trading
regarding their financial needs.
We specialize in dealing with “Stressed Businesses” having
constrained sourcing ability of financing and provide further
rehabilitation to these businesses whilst working in close
coordination with clients, banks, financial institutions, prospective
buyers, local and international investors, etc.

Tarrise Business Consultancy (TBC) Pvt Ltd journey started five years ago when the sponsors of the group left their high-profile corporate
banking jobs to attend a widening gap whilst providing skilled soliciting services in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Transaction
Banking, to assist the banks in selling complicated exotic banking products to a list of corporate and SME clientele in Pakistan.

Remisys Global (Pvt) Limited is a parent company of TBC, which has registered offices in UAE, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan and Karachi.
Having local and international clients as financial payments and remittances advisors. In Pakistan, Remisys Global is a sole agent
of XH Smartcards (Singapore), world’s 8th largest plastic card manufacturers. Our clients include Mobilink, Telenor, Ufone & we are now
approaching banks and financial institutions for soliciting Mastercards and Visa branded cards.
