professionals with exceptional track records. Our combined
experience spans over several decades across three core
verticals – Real Estate, Warehousing & Logistics, and
Mid-Corporates & SME. We provide a wide range of
Transaction Advisory services including Fundraising,
Property Advisory, Stressed Asset Resolution and Asset
Management Services for our Clients, Alliances & Partners.

Flint Consulting leverages on the knowledge and expertise of its team who have successfully executed multiple
transactions to the utmost satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Prakash Dara is a rank-holder Chartered
Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost
Accountant with a stellar 24-year career in the
Banking and Financial Services sector. During
his 18-year association with Kotak Mahindra,
Prakash was an integral part of the top core
team. He was instrumental in creating and
growing two of the group’s highly profitable
verticals - Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and
Home Finance. Prakash was a highly valued
member of Kotak Initiatives Team (KIT). He
successfully set up and implemented pan-India
credit risk management matrices, recruitment
and training for multiple businesses within the
group. Before co-founding Flint Consulting, he
was a Partner with an Investment Banking firm,
Mango Advisors.
LEADERSHIP
Sebin A.V. a management graduate is an
Investment Banking veteran with over 20 years
of experience. Adept with multiple facets of
Retail and Wholesale Banking, Sebin’s core
areas of expertise are Capital Raising, Business
Development, Training and Business Processes
optimisation and Reengineering. He managed
pivotal roles at Kotak Mahindra, Sundaram
Finance, GE Countrywide and Citigroup. Sebin
successfully opened new businesses and
geographies for Kotak Mahindra and Citigroup.
He was the Regional Business Head of Commercial
Real Estate business of Kotak Mahindra when
he moved on from Kotak in 2015 to take on new
challenges. Before co-founding Flint Consulting,
Sebin was an integral part of the management
team of the Investment Banking firm, Mango
Advisors and led the Southern business teams.
Pushpendra Singh is a Chartered Accountant
with over 17 years of experience in Real Estate
Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory and
Corporate Banking. During his decade-long
career with Kotak Mahindra, he successfully
handled various challenging roles spanning
from Retail Credit & Business Development,
Corporate Banking, Asset Management and
Investment Banking. Pushpendra played a
crucial role in developing the group’s Mortgage
and Real Estate lending practice. Before
co-founding Flint Consulting, Pushpendra
worked with Mango Advisors for over 6 and
half years and was taking care of Real Estate
Transaction Advisory Services at a pan India
level. Pushpendra has worked across all major
Real Estate markets in India and brings on
board multi locational Developer and Investor
Relationships.

handle transaction execution from start to its successful
closure. The key focus is on Project acquisition, JV and
JD transactions.
Stressed Asset Resolution
