warmth and appreciation. Meeting with
Mr. Muhammad Salahuddin and
SYEEF’s we have found more about his
company and advices to startup.

HI-Tech Resources LTD is a trading, consultancy


and Construction Company with a solid reputation
in working with strategic and JV partner in both
national and international level. In terms of
consultancy the company tries to provide
knowledge based consulting delivery service
reducing the risk of the clients. The new venture is
making rapid progress in achieving projects those
are prestigious and lucrative at the same time. The

country is building more such infrastructure and
hence need expert solutions, technology and
management skill of such kind

Mr. Mohammad Salahuddin, Managing Director of the


company has years of Industry expertise, superior
professionalism as he was the pioneer of numerous
landmark projects in Bangladesh. He was able to build
relationship with local corporate, MNC’s, government,
non-government bodies and its personnel. He was
entrusted with mega projects, and able to attract local
and international investors which in turns lifted his
goodwill even higher among the clients. Furthermore
his profound knowledge in Power sector, Trading,
Construction, Automobile, Software and IT business
has been appreciated and brought him recognition
throughout the country.

How long are you in this field and how will you define your job?

I have been in this field for over thirty years. Being a Managing Director of a
company, I have to run the overall activities of the company. Look into the
business development and prospect. Strategic planning, financial management,
customer and relationship

What challenges do you and your employees face and how do you
overcome those challenges?

We face huge challenges to develop our market as there are strong competitors
in international markets as well as local markets for price comparison, quality and
standard. In addition to that also we have to face the price fluctuation for various
reasons so these are the challenges we face. We have to be very strategic for
quality and the price as well as commitment of the schedule delivery to solve
these challenges. Sometimes the price is less but the quality is bad and
sometimes the quality is good but the price is more and so we need to be very
strategic about it.

What inspires and motivates you?

My goal is my inspiration. That goal is to introduce Bangladesh to the


international business world as well as create opportunities for the young
generations. Bangladesh, a third-world country, is presently emerging to the
world in various sectors and therefore huge opportunities are coming up for the
export market as well as infrastructure development, that's how it motivates and
inspires me to do some creative development for our country

What does your company believe in?

My company believes in Embracing fresh ideas and bold thinking, to be real,


being responsive and available. We also believe in being obsessed with small
details so our customers don’t face any problems. The last but not least thing we
believe in is to love what we do and to be ourselves.

What is your advice to young entrepreneurs?

My advice to young entrepreneurs is that all new entrepreneurs must have


knowledge of the specific products, training, management and especially
financially. Financial management is the most important one. Good customer
relationships and commitment is highly important.
