1. Describe the physical facilities available in your school counseling service.


 Counselling service is very important in our school . Counselling service is  to
encourage students' academic, social, emotional and personal development.
To reach this aim, guidance counseling services help students get to know
themselves better and find effective solutions to their daily problems. In our school
has many physical facilities available in our school counselling service like class
room, school buildings, library, laboratories, official facilitiers etc. Class rooms, school
buldings are always use for counseling service but library, laboratories are less use
for my sevice because libaray and laboratories are less Inadequate facilities.

2. Describe the methodology you provide for school counseling and how you set aside time
for it.

 In my service is very best for school children and staff. Therefor I always manage my
time in my geat service. School hours are usually between 7.30 a.m-1.30 p.m During
this time I will continue to perform my counseling service. Study of students' external
skills, Understanding the mental level of the child, Observing the academic activities
of teachers and Study the daily activities of the non-academic staff. I will devote my
time and maximum contribution to these activies.

3. How do school children approach counseling?


 In school has many childers. The child counseling service is referred to as follows,
the three main approaches are psychodynamic, humanistic and behavioural.
Each of these has a different theory and ideas underpinning it, and the therapists and
counsellors using each will approach problems and issues in different ways. These
three main approaches each support a number of individual therapies.

 As a counselor, I see a lot of different issues at the school level. No physical facilities,
children are not face extra activities, teachers teach only the syllabus, Failure to
facilitate the advisory service by higher institutions. There are the main problems of
counsling service. For these reasons, the service is underdeveloped.

5. What have you identified as things that need to change in your school counseling
service according to your experience as a counselor?

 Want to developed physical facilities, teachers and principals are want to help for
counsling service, refer children for counseling. Dairly refer the children mental
condition and family back ground, always advice to children create positive thinking .
thers are best changes to need school counsling.

1. As a principal how do you facilitate the counselling service in your school?


 Bring a good team of counselors first, developed physical facilities, advice to children
what is the counsling service, let’s me tell what is the importance of counsling and give
lot of time for this counsling service in school preoid.

 No counselor, no good physical facilities, childrens haven’t idea what is the counsling
and teachers are don’t advice to the children how to improve theyer skills.

aid, Organizing entertainment programs for students etc.

1. Is there a need for a counseling service in the school system? Explain its importance.
 Yes, it’s very importance to school system. The importance are the primary motive
behind counseling at school level is to address the emotional, social and behavioral
needs of the students. ... On a lighter note, school-based counseling basically aims at
helping students function more effectively in the school and with the elder ones.

2. Are there any special facilities that are needed for the place of counseling service? What
are those?

 No special facilities

3. What are the distinguishing characteristics of a counselor?


 A counselor needs to have a good heart.
 A counselor need to good aim and understanding the students.
 A counselor should be able to highlight the talents of children.

 In school class room have many students in some of students are week. They have
many problems like there family backgrounds are not good situation, money
problems, some childerns are abuse drugs etc. As a teacher, I am well aware of
these issues. I advice my children how to face these problems and advice to the
parents, I give mental relaxtation for the students. It’s very best for my children there
for I teach everything with love.

school?

 My opinion is my school has very weak counseling service.
