same time in the long run you will appreciate how valuable the profession is especially you are teaching
our future generations, our young one's to be critical to be observant and to use their minds and hearts
in order to influence others at the same time to be better citizens of the countries so it's also one of my
perspectives why I choose to be a teacher as well".

2. What are your best personal qualities that will make you a professional teacher?

"First, you really need to pass the licensure exam for teachers before you get or be called a professional
teacher because after that you will get the license professional teacher after you pass the examination
and at the same time it's more on the values that we have especially you really give importance of
educating our learners in motivating them to become the best version of themselves to be a catalysts
also for anything that you want to change in the society or anything that would make impact to the
society especially for those who really needs help especially those children who is really well-off that's
the beauty or that's the best quality a teacher should possess . It's the compassion, the heart, to serve
our young one's, our learners".

3. What is an ideal K to 12 teacher?

"K to 12 was introduced during P-Noy while I entered public school. It was already implemented the K
to 12. I guess, as a teacher you really need to be with your learner's, I mean know them, know there
strength and weaknesses and know also when and how to use a particular strategies or a particular
learning approaches to your learner's to be able to enjoy the classroom. Being keen and observant to all
your students who are having a hard time, those who are excelling as well they could work together so
that your classroom would be interactive as much as possible and cooperative as well."

4. What behavior and discipline concern you experienced in your teaching? How did you manage them?

"For my four years, I actually encountered absenteeism, that's the biggest disciplinary actions that I have
taken and in managing them you need to talk to the student or to the learner's. Talk to them know the
why's, know the how's on how you can help the learners, know also when to intervene even home
visitation so that we could really understand the full situation of the child why he or she is not present in
the classroom".

5. Describe teaching approaches and methods you efficiently apply in your teaching?

"Teaching approaches and methods, usually in the approach I usually use my indirect approach like I
don't give directly the discussion but I started it with examples. Inductive yes, I always go with examples
I always go with quizzes and different activities before I explained the concepts that's my approach. I
guess my approach will make my students think, it will make students be curious about my topic and
generate there own conception as well on the topic. It's the best approach for me, I guess and for the
methods use since we are technology driven up as of today the use of technology is really helpful in
improving the learners outcomes".

6. What management strategies you used in your own classroom.

"Management strategies will I'm a motivator, I'm not that strict disciplinarian when it comes to
classroom management, I always thought my learner, I always inculcate to them that learning is isn't
really for the teacher but learning should be coming from you. It is your full motivation to learn, you
have your own visions here in the classroom because it is really for you not for the teacher, so I am a
motivator I'm not strict disciplinarian. I'm always reminded them that learning isn't for the teacher but
it's for them. The reason why you're here in the classroom is to become a good citizen of the countries".

7. What are the attributes of a 21st century classroom teacher?

"Well, actually the attributes of a 21st century classroom teacher is engagement, and innovation, you
should know to innovative, at the same time you should be textile, I mean with all the technology going
around in the world you should know how to prioritize, and how to use them in the classroom setting.
Innovation, is that classroom teacher shouldn't be bounded with the traditional approaches to learning
you should always find ways or strategies that make the classroom activities more enjoyable, more
meaningful to them and at the same time the engagement is said that should be part of your learner's, I
mean know the situation, know your learner as well, know them by heartily and continuously checking
that particular learners needs, improvement, and more exploration. You will know that particular
learners only needs few corrections to be better at some point, so that's the attributes of a 21st century
classroom teacher".
8. What are your professional and ethical responsibilities to your students?

"Our most concern is really we are also teaching as our students. You really have the big responsibility at
the same time you should always think that what you're doing is as what the DepEd said or their policy
"Para sa Bata, Para sa Bayan" so, it is our ethical and professional standards and whatever we're going
through you will always uphold the learners progress, values, their future and for the future of this
country because they're the future of this country".

9. What are the challenges of a teacher as a classroom manager?

"There are a lot of challenges and one of these struggle is the part that you become a motivator to the
learners. There are part that you are going to be their strength as well as to learning because if the
student see it, that your passionate about what you're doing, if the learner see it from you that you're
an inspiration to them so that's the hardest or greatest challenge I guess for a teacher to make an
impact to our students that they could relly on you, they could depend on you when it comes to learning
meaningful and enjoyable things not only in the classroom setting but also in the outside if the
classroom setting".

really don't know yet what will happen for the coming years but I'm still looking for goals, to achieve
something after five years since my timeline goal setting in five years. Well, I'm still enjoying what I have
now. To keep growing, will everyday you should learn something everyday whenever you see, and
wherever you go there are learnings there are lessons you can learn, so it's up to you on how you can
