NUTRITALK: Kalusugan sa Gitna ng Pandemya

The coronavirus outbreak has affected our lives once and for all. The way we live, work, and co-exist
will never be the same. During times of stress and uncertainty, it can be easy to fall into bad habits, neglecting
already established healthy routines. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle supports your mind and body, making you
better equipped to deal with the difficulties posed by the coronavirus pandemic.

As I watch and listen to the webinar, I learned that in this pandemic practicing self-care is essential
when it comes to taking care of our health and well-being. We’ve been dealing with coronavirus for years, and
the end is not yet in sight. For me, practicing self-care can help you and your family be better equipped to get
through this time together. Good nutrition is always important, but during this pandemic, it’s even more
important because a well-balanced diet of nutritious foods helps support a strong immune system. We must
stay proactive and creative to maintain an active lifestyle in the era of social-distancing.

COVID-19 has changed many of our daily routines in a way no one anticipated. While the entire world
is battling against the virus, it is important now, more than ever, to have healthy lifestyle. Physical activity is
one of the best ways to keep our bodies feeling and looking better. It not only offers long-term health benefits
but improves your overall wellbeing and quality of life.
