Imagine you hosted participants in a tennis tournament in your city. Your guests
loved one of the dishes you prepared and one of them writes to you this in a
thank you message:

“ …..You spoiled me rotten! The delicious food. The comfy bed. The company. The fun. Thanks
for everything! I guess all that helped me to win. Hope I can see you again, soon.

PS: I loved that delicious meal you prepared the last day…I can’t remember its name…can you
please tell me again? and, above all, show me how to prepare it? Ingredients, etc. It would be
a lot more helpful if you sent me a video of the process, could you? Please, please. Love you
again!)

Part A

Write the list of ingredients and utensils/equipment necessary for the preparation
(remember to include the name of the dish) for your friend:

This is the recipe for the breakfast you liked:

Huevos Pericos ingredients and utensils:

- 1 egg
- 1 olive oil teaspoon
- 1 scallion sliced thin
- 1 tomato diced
- A pinch of salt
- A skillet
- A fork
Hot chocolate ingredients and utensils:

- 1 cup of milk
- 2 Cocoa Powder spoons
- A pinch of sugar
- A medium jar

Garnish ingredients:

- 1 avocado sliced thin

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat the olive oil in the skillet and the milk in the jar.
2. Add the scallion and tomato and at the same time add the cocoa to the milk.
3. Add the beaten eggs and the pinch of salt. Add the pinch of sugar to the chocolate as
well.
4. When cooked, serve everything and enjoy your breakfast.

Part B

Record the video for your friend, showing him how to prepare the dish (In the video it
is compulsory you are observed (we can see your face) showing the instructions and
speaking)

When you finish your work, send the files to your instructor through the platform
as follows:
