CSM Customer Warranty

All CSM Products are guaranteed against
failure under normal working conditions for
12 months or 30,000 km whichever comes
first after the date of purchase. All CSM
Products are warranted to be free from
defects in workmanship and materials. If
the product is defective, it will be repaired
or replaced at CSM’s option without cost.
Additional warranty can be purchased
as follows: 24 months/50,000 km or
36months/70,000 km.
This warranty covers “on-road” and
“highway” use only. Bodies fitted to vehicles
used for “off-road” use or similar are not
covered under this standard warranty.
THIS STANDARD WARRANTY
DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
OCCURRENCES;
1 Wear and tear, discolouration or cracking
of rubber seals, wiring, electrical
components, plastics and nylons;

This warranty does not cover normal wear 2 Any wind noise caused by roof bars or
similar;
and tear of the product, accidental or

No guarantee is given or implied on any

product for failure to prevent theft, damage
or consequential loss of equipment stored
within the product. Any accessories fitted
by CSM to the product will be covered by
the “original equipment manufacturers”
warranty.
