With the development of technology, especially with the maturity of video

conferencing, more and more companies select video conferencing as their daily
communication tool for connecting with their colleagues, customers, friends and
partners in a convenient. It connects people in real time through audio and video
communication over Internet. In terms of positive side, it has a lot benefits. One of
them it that no time constraint VC can be conducted at any time of a day. Besides, this
technology help you have conduct a conference at the comfort of your home or office.
However, nothing in outlives is perfect and video conference is not the exception. It
can be costly for companies to set up a VC. Many simple and advanced features
come with VC. While the simple ones are less expensive, the advanced one cost a
little too much. In a nutshell, VC has both positive and negative points. I strongly
believe that this is a perfect option for not only business but also organizations to
