Mr.

Ahmad Case
Mr. Ahmad, a 40 years old male patient, was admitted to the hospital on March 15 th, 2018
suffering from distended abdomen, dry and hard stool passed difficultly. He stated, “I haven’t
passedstoolforthreedays,Ifeelpaininmyabdomen,Ieatlittleamountoffiberdietanddrink
littlefluid.”
