Topic: Sleeping Disorder of Students inside the Classroom.

Lead-in: Sleeping disorder is a change in the way that you sleep.

Thesis Statement: Sleeping disorder is what students face during class hours and it can affect
their studies, grades, and their health and even the way they act inside the classroom.

Problem:

1.) Class should start at 8 or 9 am.

2.) Students should have rest day.
3.) The students should be responsible.

Body:

In other countries, their classes start at 8 or 9 am and ends at 3 pm, it should be implemented
here in the Philippines too because some of the students lack sleep that’s why they couldn’t
focus inside the classroom.

The students should have their rest day except for weekends because two days aren’t enough.
It can help the students to rest their minds before going to school again.

Be responsible, the students should be responsible enough. When you know that you have
classes for tomorrow you should sleep early for you not to be lazy in your classes. Always think
what will be the outcome of your actions. Sleeping early is not hard to do, you just have to be
responsible and discipline yourself.

Conclusion:

a lack of sleep is known to affect both our physical and mental health. Especially the life of the
students, they have less energy, work efficiency, and inadequate sleep can give rise to prevent
this. The students need to realize how to deal with their sleep hours and better balance the
time sleeping and studying to arrive at a healthy and happy medium.
