Elvida Hotel and Resorts was established mainly for the purpose of managing and marketing the
resorts owned and operated by the Elvida Group of Companies. Currently Elvida Group own and
manages 6 exclusive island resorts which are amongst the finest in the Philippines. All Elvida
resorts are private, self-contained and offer services at the highest possible quality. Ranging from
3-5 star standard, these resorts have the widest choice of facilities in the Philippines. Ms. Elvida
Saison, is the Founder Chairman and the Managing Director of the Elvida Group.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

General Manager – obtains profit contribution by managing staff, establishing and


accomplishing business objectives.
Logistic Managers – oversee the movement, distribution and storage of materials in
an organization. Managers control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing
finished products to ensure customers receive products on time.
Finance Director – has overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of
company strategy and is expected to analyze figures and implement recommendations
based on these findings, with the most profitable outcomes.
Front Office Manager – train, supervise and support office staff, including
receptionists, security guards and call center agents. Schedule shifts, ensure timely
and accurate customers service. Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests.
Troubleshoot emergencies. Monitor stock and order office supplies. Prepare and
monitor office budget. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. Ensure
companies policies and security requirements are met.
Human Resources Manager – maintains and enhances the organizations human
resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human
resources policies, programs, and practices.
Food and Beverages Manager – managing food and beverages operations within
budget and to the highest standards. Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting,
training and appraising talented personnel.
Sales Manager – achieving growth and hitting sales by successfully managing the
sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands
company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Managing recruiting,
objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

III. JOB SPECIFICATION

General Manager – performance management, staffing, management proficiency,


coordination, coaching, developing standards, financial planning and strategy, process
improvement, decision making, strategic planning, and quality management.
Logistic Manager – must have good verbal and written communication skills to direct
employees and prepare reports for upper management. Managers have the ability to
act decisively to resolve problems. Logistics managers must have the skills to
perform any of the duties in the warehousing and distribution department of a
business.
Finance Director – advanced degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related
field, several years of experience in finance, excellent mathematical skills, leadership
skills, management experience, integrity, honesty, understanding of data privacy
standards, exceptional communication skills.
Front Office Manager – proven work experience as a front desk manager or reception
manager, hands on experience with office machines. Thorough knowledge of
customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures proficiency
in English, solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Human Resources Manager – health and safety of the work force development of
superior workforce. Development of the Human Resources department. Development
of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality.
Food and Beverages Manager – communication and leadership skills. Up to date with
food and beverages trends and best practices. Ability to manage personnel and meet
financial target. Guest-oriented and service-minded. Culinary school diploma or
degree in food service management or related field.
Sales Manager – BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sale manager, consistently
meeting or exceeding targets. Committed to continuous education through
workshops, seminars and conferences. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present
and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
