A management plan is a key to the success of any business. Businesses with a successful
management plan tend to thrive, while a weak management plan seems to deteriorate day by day.
As such, we have a sound management plan in place. The overall management of the
organization is reviewed in an organization's management plan. The management plan focuses
on human resources as well as physical resources. But the management plan focuses more on
managing human resources. Management also provides a good guide for all tasks.

Our business is intended to be registered as a private limited company under the Companies Act
No. 07 of 2007. The founding members have decided to utilize the start-up capital requirement
for the business. The success and commitment of founding members is a huge part of the success
of the business. The founding members of our business are people with extensive knowledge in
the business field. All of our founding members are undergraduates in management and are a
strength to the business. With their knowledge, our business will be able to achieve success.
Accordingly, those who make the most capital is selected for the Board of Directors.
Management planning is the process of assessing an organization's goals and creating a realistic,
detailed plan of action for meeting those goals. Much like writing a business plan, a management
plan takes into consideration short- and long-term corporate strategies. The following steps
should be taken to prepare a successful management plan. Develop objectives, develop tasks to
meet those objectives, determine resources needed to implement tasks, create a timeline,
determine tracking and assessment method. Depending on the capabilities of the founding
members of our business, each sub-division will be assigned to each individual. Each person
should take more care of each sub-sector. The success of each of these areas will affect the
overall success of our business. Each of these sub-sectors has a major impact on the performance
of other sectors. Therefore, each of these sub-sectors is well coordinated with other sectors. Our
organization's organizational structure is tailored to the goals of the business and to make it
easier to manage the business. Each sub-division is functioning under the Managing Director. At
the outset, other aspects of the business are carried out by the members themselves. All other
matters cannot be done through external parties. Employee groups will be recruited in the future
based on the success and demand of the business.

Managing Director

Must be aware of the performance of each sub-division of the organization. The Managing
Director will evaluate the performance and success of each of the sectors. The Managing
Director is also responsible for linking each of the sections. Our Managing Director has a high
level of marketing and business knowledge. The success of our business depends on your
knowledge and passion.

Finance Director

One of the most important aspects of our organization is the financial sector. Our Director of
Finance is currently completing a Special Degree in Business Administration. He is also
pursuing a Chartered Accountancy course and is working in the audit field.

Financial Management consists of two main parts. Financial accounting and financial
management are the two main components. It is the responsibility of the Finance Director to
manage the books of accounts and to manage the financial resources properly. Managing
financial resources in a systematic manner is an important factor that can affect the success of the
business. Our company's financial director does his job with great dedication and passion.
Therefore, we have the ability to maintain accurate accounting records of the financial resources
of our business and efficient use of financial resources.
Marketing Director

Another important aspect of our business is marketing management. Marketing management is a


very important factor in generating demand for the business. Marketing is the whole process of
bringing our business products to the consumer.

Our Marketing Manager is currently pursuing a Special Degree in Business Administration and
has a wealth of knowledge and skills in Business and Marketing. Your dedication and
enthusiasm will greatly impact the success of our business

Marketing Management consists of two parts. The two main components are our customers'
awareness of the products of our business and the continuation of our customers. Our sales
manager works to attract new customers and retain our customers.

Distribution of goods

Getting the products we produce from our business to the customer is a complex task. The
responsibility for looking into the matter lies with the Product Distribution Manager. The
Product Distribution Manager should be in constant touch with the buyers. It is also the
responsibility of the Distribution Manager to manage the buyers' inventory properly. The Product
Distribution Manager should also collaborate on other aspects. Product distribution management
is very important to achieve the objectives of the organization.

Production director

As a production manager, you'll be involved with the planning, coordination and control of
manufacturing processes. You'll make sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that
the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality. The scope of the job
depends on the nature of the production system.

They have responsibilities to doing planning and organizing production schedules. assessing
project and resource requirements. Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales
with clients and managers. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.  determining
quality control standards. Overseeing production processes.re-negotiating timescales or
schedules as necessary.  organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff. supervising the work of junior staff etc..
Our production Manager is currently pursuing a Special Degree in bachelor of Business
Administration. He is responsible for all production work. Our production director must
perform a wide range of tasks effectively and supervise those reporting to them. He is
responsible for ensuring the quality of the products And the costs are well managed.

Raw Materials Supply

Raw materials are an essential part of the continuous production process. The profitability,
continuity, and quality of the product depend on the raw materials used. The raw material cost is
the major determinant of the cost of production of the product. The Director of our Raw
Materials Supply Process is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at the
University of Colombo. With your enthusiasm and dedication, you will be able to produce raw
materials of high quality and low cost. The performance of all other sectors depends on the raw
material supply process. As a result, our Director is well aware of this. They also work closely
with the rest of our business. The quality of our products and the demand for the business
depends on the raw materials we use.
