Job Description:
COMPANY HEAD/ CEO –
Monitoring the overall performance of the business and creating strategies that can help
the company to generate its profit. This may include delegating and directing agendas, driving
profitability, managing company organizational structure, strategy, and communicating with the
board.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA
 Experience in a senior management position
 Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general
finance and budgeting

Responsibilities:
 Monitor the health and productivity of their companies by managing a range of
responsibilities, including delegating agendas to managers who are better suited for
certain tasks
 They also drive profitability through effective management while setting priorities that will
ensure long-term business success in both short-term goals as well as future planning
stages
ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT HEAD/ CFO –
Responsible for Finance, Budgeting and Cash flows of the company. Designating the
funds to its liabilities and expenses such as utilities and salaries. Helps businesses make critical
financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company's finances. They are
responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are
accurate throughout the year.
Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.


 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Working knowledge of GAAP.
 Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
 Good problem-solving and time management skills.
 Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

 Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.


 Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly
close processes.
 Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance
projections.
 Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting
internal audits.
 Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

 Complete on-the-job-training or have previous experience in quality control in their
intended industry

Responsibilities:
 Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced
 Measuring products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers

Handles and manage the operation of the business. How to operate and sell the

strategies and targeting strategies based on demographic data and work with the company to
develop more awareness of what to offer.

LICENSE PROFESSIONAL FISHERMAN


Uses various types of fishing equipment and techniques to catch fish and marine life to
be sold for food or used as bait. In this role, you use nets of all sizes, traps, and fishing lines to
catch the fish, and then use complex machinery to hoist fish loads onto a boat
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in agriculture required
 Should be license professional fisherman accredited by PRC
 Proven experience working as a commercial fisherman.
 Appropriate state licensure and commercial fishing permit.
 Sound knowledge of fishing laws.
 Working knowledge of fishing technology and equipment.
 The ability to operate complex fishing equipment.

Responsibilities:
 Appropriately planning all fishing operations by identifying the best fishing grounds,
assessing weather and sea conditions, and estimating the duration of each fishing trip.
 Utilizing fish-finding equipment to locate fish and other aquatic animals.
 Positioning nets, fishing lines, traps, and dredges to catch fish, crustaceans, and other
aquatic animals.
 Measuring caught fish to determine whether they meet legal size requirements and
releasing all illegal catches into the water.
 Cleaning the caught fish, sorting them, and storing them in refrigerated or ice-filled
holds.
 Operating trawl winch systems and similar machinery to hoist captured fish onto the
vessel.
 Ensuring that all hoisting machinery is in good working order.
 Performing basic cleaning duties on board the vessel as needed.

FISH ATTENDANT
Responsible for the fishing lodge upkeep, cleaning inside and outside of building and
surrounding areas. The attendant will be in charge of grilling/cooking and taking members on
fishing trips, and have knowledge of fishing and outdoor recreation.

 Locate fish with the use of fish-finding equipment
 Steer vessels and operate navigational instruments
 Maintain engines, fishing gear, and other onboard equipment by making minor repairs
 Sort, pack, and store the catch in holds with ice and other freezing methods
 Measure fish to ensure that they are of legal size
 Return undesirable or illegal catches to the water
 Guide nets, traps, and lines onto vessels by hand or with hoisting equipment
 Signal other workers to move, hoist, and position loads of the catch
SECURITY GUARD
Monitoring a specific area, evicting trespassers and writing reports detailing any
occurrences during their shift. Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company's premises
regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure. Evicting
trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before
relevant authorities arrive to take over.
Qualifications:
 Application for License of Private Security Guard/Officer;
 General Knowledge Examination result (PASSED);
 Proof of training;
 Neuro-Psychiatric Test Clearance;
 Drug Test Result/Clearance;
 PNP Intelligence Clearance (DI) or NBI Clearance.
Responsibilities:
 Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance
equipment, and access points.
 Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
 Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance
activities.
