Roles and responsibilities :

- Comprehensive administration duties in support of the Managing Director, board and senior
management team.

- Arranging travel and accommodation for the Managing Director.

- Day to day planning and organization of the Managing Director's diary.

- Dealing with the Managing Director's post and correspondence.

- Set up meetings and appointments, organizing venues and hospitality for visitors etc.

- Service the board including the production of agendas, minutes and key papers.

- Document minutes of all meetings as directed by the Managing Director.

- Undertake mailings and communication as directed by the Managing Director.

- Set up and maintain the integrated electronic and paper-based filing systems.

- Work with the communications team to maintain and develop databases and mailing lists to
ensure they are current and up to date at all times.

- Support the Managing Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals,
budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with
stakeholders and partners.

Looking at Minimum 8+ years- experience in a lending NBFC or a Bank.

- The incumbent should be a qualified accountant C.A.( ICAI-Chartered Accountant); or a MBA


Finance.

- Strong expertise into F&A activities along with Compliance and company secretary.

- The CFO will be responsible for budgetary control and ensuring that financial authority is
exercised in line with delegated authority- both for capital and revenue expenditure.

- The CFO will supervise and mentor the finance teams across the Group and endeavour to
maintain morale and team work.

- The CFO will also have lateral oversight responsibility for Compliance and the Company
Secretary as may be determined by the CEO and/ or the Chairman of the Company.

- The CFO will have direct oversight of the Treasury and Fund Raising ( debt and equity-raising),
bank facilities, and shareholder & Investor Relationships.

Sales Executive/Relationship Manager - 1+ years experience

Sales Manager/ Branch Manager- 3+ years of experience, will be managing a team of 6 people

Sales Head - 5+ years of experience, will be managing a team of 15 people.

Roles and Responsibilities Set-up and run the business of Prime Loan against Property (LAP) for
the assigned region. Defining regional strategy for LAP business and execution of the same
Planning & implementing competent regional sales plans for LAP to ensure regional level goals
are over achieved. Identifying the channels for sourcing business leads and signing up with them
Responsible for allocation of geography at team level - work closely with team members on
geography mapping & review the progress at regular intervals. Relationship management with
key stakeholders & DSA, connector partners & individuals Work jointly with team on sales
pitches to agencies & customers Team management – train, lead, coach and motivate a team of
sales managers Review team performance on regular basis and feedback to superiors Conflict
management – mitigating issues and assessing the cost-benefit of cases Working with support
functions for optimum TAT and service delivery Provide inputs to other parallel functions such as

Client for effective & smooth case closure. • Providing regular service to the customers and
taking care of their future needs. • Assist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management. •
Collections from overdue customers • Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets assigned. •
Management of Channel partners and other external stakeholders
