Form of Business Organization

The form of business organization is general partnership. Kristine Agustin, Joy

Barlolong, Sherminpher Fiesta, Beverly Gueta, Precious Joy Lebaste, Oliver Judge Manipon,

Dianna Lynn Molina, Herbert Paet, and Mark Justine Pido are partners of the longgganisa

business. The partners of the longganisa business have agreed to contribute an amount of Php

100,000 for each partner for a total of Php 900,000 as a starting capital of the business.

General Manager

Qualifications

- Male or Female

- Have bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.

- Have experience of responsible leadership in management or supervisory position.

Financial manager

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

- Strong excel skills.

- Excellent ability to problem solves along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the

business process and systems optimization.

- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas

Production Manager

Qualifications

- A degree in business management would be advantageous.

- Industry-related experience

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Production Staff

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED.

- Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.

- Experience operating manufacturing machinery.

- Able to work as part of a team.

- Good communication skills.

- Basic math skills.

- Physical dexterity.

- Available for shift work.

Service crew

Qualifications

- Must be at least 16 years old.

- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Organizational Policies and procedures

Business policies and procedures establish rules or guidelines for making decisions and

carrying out tasks within the company. The benefits of providing clear, well-written policies and

processes include increased transparency, accountability, uniformity, and stability. The

proponents offer a set of rules and guidelines to enlighten and guide people in the workplace.

Hiring and training

Applicants must be qualified to fulfill the job's requirements. Applicants must submit all

required documentation. Full-time and part-time students, as well as working students, will be

considered. New hires must undergo a three-day training and orientation session.

Rules and regulations

- Use of mobile phones while on duty is not prohibited. It should be use in break time.

- Honesty and respect must be extended to everyone, especially coworkers and

customers.

- While working, "no smoking or vaping" and "no alcohol consumption" are absolutely

forbidden.

- Cleanliness must be followed at all times. Keep the place neat and tidy at all times.

Code of conduct

- Attendance. Employees must be present or arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the

shift or the start of the employee's working hours. The first and second offenses of

tardiness and absences without justification must be reported to the manager.


- Employees are expected to carry out their responsibilities and duties. The first and

second offenses of negligence on the job must be reported to the manager.

- Workplace loyalty is required. Unauthorized use and theft of business property, among

other things, must be reported to the manager on the first incident.

Dress code policy

While on duty, all personnel are expected to wear a prescribed uniform with any black

pants and a name badge. For safety, employees will be given face masks and face shields (if

necessary) as well as gloves. Hairnet/hair protection gear and an apron are essential for

employees who work in the kitchen.

Appearance policy

- While on duty, tongue rings, tongue studs, nose rings, or any other facial jewelry or

piercings are prohibited.

- Religious personnel, such as Muslims, are allowed to wear headscarves and long

sleeves for religious reasons.

- Nails that are too long or fake are not allowed.

Suspension and termination

- If any of the rules and regulations listed above are broken twice, you will be suspended

for two days. The third infraction will result in termination.

- After the third tardy offense, absences will be suspended for two days. The fourth

infraction will result in termination.

- The second offense of illegal usage, theft of business property, and others will result in a

two-day suspension. The fourth infraction will result in termination.


Job Description

Job Description
General Manager A General Manager, or Senior Manager,

is responsible for overseeing an

organization’s daily operations and

managing the business aspects of the

company. Their primary duties include

reviewing and implementing operational

procedures, assisting departmental heads

and managing company finances.


Financial Manager A Financial Manager, or Finance

Manager, builds financial strategies and

reports to help companies improve their

financial health and meet their long-term

goals. Their main duties include preparing

an organizations’ activity reports, creating

financial forecasts and brainstorming

ways to maintain or reduce company

costs.
Production Manager A Production Manager, or Production

Lead, ensures that manufacturing

equipment and tools function properly and

increase an organization’s efficiencies.

Their duties include building production

schedules, making sure production

processes stay within budgets and

deadlines and reviewing the productivity


of an organization’s manufacturing

equipment.
Service Crew Service crew members prepare and serve

food, process customer payments, and

provide customer service. Restaurants

primarily hire service crew members to

work full- and part-time hours during all

shifts, including nights, weekends, and

holidays. Service crew members work in

a team-oriented environment with other

service crew staff members, and typically

report to the shift manager, assistant

manager, and manager. Service crew

members work within the restaurant itself,

and do not travel outside the property to

perform their regular work duties.


Production Staff Responsible for helping assemble and

prepare products for shipment. Their

duties include placing raw materials or

products into manufacturing machines to

aid the assembly process, packaging

finished products and organizing them for

shipments and completing checks on

equipment and products to ensure quality

production.
Cashier A Cashier, or Retail Cashier, is

responsible for processing cash, debit,


credit and check transactions using a

cash register or other point-of-sale

system in a retail environment. Their

duties include balancing the cash register,

making change, recording purchases,

processing returns and scanning items for

sale.

Compensation and Employee Benefits Package

The compensation and benefits we will offer to our employees include the following:

1. Fixed Pay - this is the employee's basic salary plus the extra fixed components,

regardless of other factors. The employment contract clearly states this. This is the

compensation, salary, or wage that an employee or worker will receive as long as he or

she works for the company.

2. Insurance Plans - The company pays a set amount of money to cover an employee's

medical expenses. Accidental losses, disability, abrupt death, and dismemberment are

all covered by these policies. Dental checks, biometric screening, and other sorts of

medical care are examples of other types of medical care.

3. Performance Bonus - Employees continue to perform well when you acknowledge them

for their hard work and accomplishments. They will be more motivated and encouraged

to reach their goals if they are rewarded for their efforts.

4. Paid Sick Leaves -   When people are sick yet must work, it has a direct impact on their

productivity and efficiency. Creating a policy that allows them to take paid sick days is a

great approach to demonstrate that you care about your employees' health.

Our business opens from Monday to Saturday. On weekdays, we open at 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

while on Saturdays, we are open at 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. We are close every Sunday because

that is our employees’ rest day.

Societal Impact of the Business

Our business can give employment opportunities to the people. It can help in decreasing

the unemployment rate and providing a source of income for the hired employees and their

family. We are making a nutritious and affordable product for the people.

Economic Impact of the Business

As a business that can give employment opportunities and can be a great help to the

community, we are aiming to offer jobs to the people in Urdaneta and to extend branches all

over the country for us to reach a large number of people which can be our possible employees.

We assure that we can help our country in decreasing the poverty by creating employment
opportunities and giving them the opportunity to achieve financial independence, they also

distribute to economic development.
