• Gain a dominant position in the market by creating increasing levels of
sales and profits via the application of an efficient and successful business
strategy and objective planning.
Objectives
• Grow the market for Chewy Mochi products over the entirety of the
Peninsula and make inroads into the Sabah and Sarawak markets.
• Increase the size of the market by setting up a booth at one of the many
food expos that are held all throughout Malaysia.
• Increase the number of promotions that Chewy Mochi wants to hold in
the primary media, including television, radio, and the internet, and
promote them more actively.
• Further improving product quality where Chewy Mochi will allocate a
certain amount of investment for Research and Development
(R&D) so that our products are always relevant to current needs.
