3.1 Business Vision, Mission and Objectives

Vision
• Become a successful food entrepreneur in Malaysia with a brand that is
respected and well-known across the country

Mission
• Gain a dominant position in the market by creating increasing levels of
sales and profits via the application of an efficient and successful business
strategy and objective planning.

Objectives

• Grow the market for Chewy Mochi products over the entirety of the
Peninsula and make inroads into the Sabah and Sarawak markets.
• Increase the size of the market by setting up a booth at one of the many
food expos that are held all throughout Malaysia.
• Increase the number of promotions that Chewy Mochi wants to hold in
the primary media, including television, radio, and the internet, and
promote them more actively.
• Further improving product quality where Chewy Mochi will allocate a
certain amount of investment for Research and Development
(R&D) so that our products are always relevant to current needs.

3.5 Schedule of Tasks and Responsibilities

Position Main Tasks


General Manager - Make plans, put those plans into action, and maintain
ultimate control of the company.
- Be in charge of the day-to-day activities.
- Develop a growth strategy and prioritize goals for
expansion.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
- Determine the applicable procedures and policies.
- Analyze, and work to improve, both operational and
financial performance.
Administration Manager - Be responsible for the planning and coordination of
administrative procedures and systems, as well as the
development of methods to simplify procedures.
- Be responsible regarding manage schedules and
deadlines.
- Recruit new staff members, provide them with training,
and divide up responsibilities as well as office space.
- Evaluate the performance of employees and offer
coaching and direction to ensure the highest possible
level of productivity.
- Make sure that all the operations comply with the rules
and regulations.
Marketing Manager - Come up with marketing strategies and identify the
opportunities that are most suitable for the target
market.
- Handling of the restaurant's marketing of its goods and
services.
- Working with several advertising agencies and
preparation of sales.
- Maintains a record of all relevant marketing and sales
information, as well as compiles and delivers
comprehensive written reports and oral presentations to
upper management.
- Makes necessary adjustments to marketing campaigns
and tactics in response to data collected and other
forms of input.
Operation Manager - Management of the processes involved in the creation
of goods and services.
- Give direction and support with the operational details.
- Document all the operational processes and operations
in a way that is both accurate and understandable.
- Maintain a close eye on the spending and bring it under
control in accordance with the available budget.
Financial Manager - Take responsibility for managing the restaurant's
financial resources.
- Providing assistance in financial matters
- Keeping a close watch on finances, particularly
budgets and changes to budgets.
- The procedure of informing those who are relevant of
any changes made to an order.
Chef - Prepares the orders placed by customers in accordance
with the preferences they have expressed.
- Keeping a high quality and flavor standard for the food
that is being prepared.
- Kitchens, cold storage, and storage rooms all require
food to be received, stacked, and stored in the
appropriate manner.
- Making sure that the whole kitchen, including the
spaces used for food preparation and food storage, is
clean and sanitized as required.
Service Crew - Handle money transactions in the form of cash, checks,
and credit cards via cash registers and computerized
processing systems.
- Respond to the complaints and questions of customers,
attempt to resolve any problems that arise, and direct
clients to the appropriate managers, as necessary.
- Make some recommendations based on the preferences
of the customers.
- Taking an order and serving the food.
- Arranging the table settings.
- Always make sure the café is clean and organized.
