Responsibilities and Functions of Internal Employees

General -ensures that employees complete all their assignments efficiently

Manager and oversees all established strategies on business operations

-will be the concurrent head of the Human Resource Department and

will be responsible for hiring, setting the employees' initial rates, and

will have the authority for salary adjustments in the future

Marketing -responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of a brand

Manager or the products that a company sells with the help of his/her

marketing officer

Sales Manager -responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets, including

setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and

developing processes that drive sales

Finance -oversees the financial health of an organization and helps ensure its

Manager continued viability through monitoring cash flow, determining

profitability, managing expenses, and producing accurate financial

information

Audit -schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assesses risks,

Receptionist -greets the visitors, helps them navigate through an office, maintains

calendars for appointments, sorts mail, makes copies, and plans

travel arrangements.

Inventory -keeps track of the goods and supplies in a store or warehouse and

Assistant manages orders to facilitate sales or production, including signing

off on shipments, counting the number of available products and

placing orders for more inventory according to demand.
