1. Position : Director
Director responsibles to be a leader, decision maker, coordinator, communicator,
executor and manager in leading and running the company. Director responsibles to make a
strategy in developing the company to increase company profits. Director also responsibles
to decide and determine the highest company regulations and policies.

Responsibilities of the Director :


 Responsibles to leading and running the company.
 Responsibles for the disadvantages faced the company as well company profits.
 Responsibles to appoint and dismiss the employees in the company.
 Coordinating and overseeing the entire logistics and supply chain activities in the
company.
 Create various strategies and creative ideas in developing the company.
 Responsibles to planning and developing sources of income and expenditure of the

2. Position : Supply Chain Manager


Supply Chain Manager responsibles to planning, implementing, monitoring,
managing and overseeing the entire of logistics strategy and supply chain and the operation
to maximize the efficiency and productivity. Supply Chain Manager has important role in
develop and maintain a good relationships with the vendors and distributors.

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager :


 Lead engagement planning and budgeting.
 Recruit, train and manage supply chain teams.
 Direct the movement, storage, or processing of inventory.
 Making supply plans to ensure the availability of materials or products and estimate buyer
demand.
 Monitor estimates and stock to accommodate changes and find out their effects on supply
chain activities.
 Analyze inventory to determine how to improve inventory turnover, reduce waste, or
optimize customer service.
 Develop procedures for coordinating supply chain management with other areas, such as
sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
 Plan the best route from suppliers and retail centers to source goods.
 Monitor the entire performance to ensure that the targets are achieved.
 Play the role as counselor and coach.

7 Logistics  Support the region on the development and implementation of


Engineer logistics concepts and tools to realize and continuously
develop logistics operations in the plants
 Plan, coordinate and implement concepts for inbound and
outbound Logistics for Chassis Systems assembly operations.
 Realize economic calculation and cost optimization of
Logistics concepts and processes.
 Plan, develop and procure component part carriers and
logistic equipment.
 Implement KPI reporting standards for Logistics within all ZF
C-Division locations in the region, including the collection of
data from plants, consistency checks, data tracking &
consolidation as well as reporting.
 Run logistic supplier development within the region for all
chassis systems locations, including the organization,
participation, and implementation of logistics audits at the
suppliers’ plants.
 Define, track and support action plans to optimize the
suppliers’ performance within the supply base and initiate
countermeasures in case of escalation.
 Support the logistics development in the region, including the
field of professional development and the implementation of
improvement activities for the plants as well as within the
supply chain.
 Participate actively in the acquisition and implementation of
projects.
 Support the cross-departmental / cross-functional
coordination of activities (e.g. Internal Logistics, Sales,
Purchasing and IT) to assure an effective and efficient
interacting in project work as well as on the shop-floor level
