GM – He is expected to improve efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of a
company or division. General manager duties include managing staff, overseeing the budget, employing
marketing strategies, and many other facets of the business.

SECRETARIAT – This job involves multiple individuals executing daily administrative tasks for an organization.
Government, educational and other large institutions utilize a secretariat department. Duties include handling
human resource and personnel issues. Depending on the organization, the secretariat handles company finances, is
responsible for office design and manages the company database.

UNDER STAFFS ;

PRODUCTION - is responsible for meeting quality standards and deadlines for products. They check
for defects, assemble products, monitor manufacturing equipment, and closely follow safety procedures
to prevent accidents in environments where materials may be hazardous.

PURCHASE - Purchasing Officer responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts


and preparing reports. For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with
solid analytical skills to make sure you're identifying the most profitable offers.

SALES – They serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a
range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting
existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

FINANCE - Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment,
invoicing, payroll, etc. Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested.
Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records.

Logistics Officers are responsible for monitoring stock levels and overseeing the movement of
incoming and outgoing goods. They are detail–focused and use computers to manage the inventory
databases under their control. They usually work in a storage facility for transport and logistics
organisation .
