As a manager I will apply the operations and supply chain management method in my
capacity as the company's manager. Every employee must realize the significance of
the work the organization undertakes for good operation management. Each employee
must be coordinated in order for the business process to be carried out efficiently. This
calls for a thorough knowledge of logistics. The local and global needs of the client must
be understood by a professional operation management. In order to give what each
customer expects, the management of an operation must thoroughly study the materials
and use the work in a timely manner, effectively to the expenses. To make sure that
surplus quantities are correct, inventories must be closely maintained. The manager
should also be accountable for location to the supplier who can deliver the required
product when needed and who can supply the right product at an affordable price. also
a significant component of operations management. is engaged in the delivery of goods
to clients. Additionally, you must deliver the goods at the scheduled time. Operations
management handles a variety of strategic issues, including figuring out the size of
manufacturing plants, project management techniques, and putting in place the
structure of information technology networks. The operations manager takes the
feedback received and shares the pertinent information with each department for use in
improving the company's process. Management of inventory levels, including work-in-
progress levels and raw material procurement, quality control, materials handling, and
maintenance policies are further operational concerns. And as a manager I need to
maintain a project files, personnel reports, budgets, timetables, and other details linked
to business processes requires organization skills and attention to detail. Strong
leadership abilities that have the capacity to inspire ideas, motivate people, and build
cohesive teams are examples of motivational prowess. ability for analysis, particularly
expertise in risk analysis and reduction while starting new projects. The analysis of
processes by operations managers is also necessary to spot problems and provide
solutions in case they arise. ability to make decisions, particularly under pressure when
there is not much time to consider all the information. the capacity to uphold quality
standards in relation to the product's final form as well as raw materials, equipment,
production methods, packaging, and delivery protocols
