EVENT SUPERVISOR - Co-Liaison with Public Safety, Emergency responders, facility staff, event
organizers, and custodial staff to ensure effective and professional event management. Track
and record hours spent on each event.
PURCHASING STAFF- help purchasers or managers to complete inventory checks, fill out and
proofread order forms, and conduct market research. They also sit in on meetings with
vendors and ensure all goods are checked and delivered on time.
COOK- is in charge of preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. They make sure
everything has been set up correctly before starting work. They use specialized kitchen tools
to prepare essential ingredients and create a finished product for restaurants.
WAITER- Greet and escort customers to their tables. Prepare tables by setting up linens,
silverware and glasses.
MARKET ANALYST - Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends. Measure the
effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies. Devise and evaluate methods for
collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
SALES EXECUTIVE - Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects
and generating leads. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and
in person. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending
quotes and proposals
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE- are responsible for finding and retaining clients,
encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of
changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular
training and mentorship
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human
Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay,
benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
RECRUTER - include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing
candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and
keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
PAYROLL EXECUTIVE - responsibilities include calculating employees' compensation, updating
our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments. To be successful in this role,
you should have a flair for numbers and be able to handle sensitive information.
