Taro Flitters is newly kind of business serving great taro that is equally owned and
managed by its seven partners Ms. Cherrylyn Galera has extensive experience in sales and
marketing.Ms. Sheryl Andaya and Ritchilyn Mabalot completed their course as culinary arts in
UCLA Los Angeles.Mr. Jake Niduaza brings experience in finance and administration, Including
a stint as a chief financial officer .Mr Edmar Casilla and Mr. Fc Christian Madarang completed
their hotel and restaurant Management course in Harvard University.

Background of the Management Team

The Management team is composed with seven members that are qualified to their job
as part of Taro Flitters Production and to improve their skills in different responsibilities at Taro
Flitters product. Ms. Cherrylyn Galera has extensive experience in sales and marketing.Ms.
Sheryl Andaya and Ritchilyn Mabalot completed their course as culinary arts in UCLA Los
Angeles.Mr. Jake Niduaza brings experience in finance and administration, Including a stint as a

Roles and Responsibilities of Management Team

The proponents of the business are the 7 members of the group that can be consider as
young entrepreneurs. Each of them has something to contribute and they can be divided based
on their capabilities, skills and interest. The proponents believe that dividing them and giving
them the work they want can make the business more successful because each member have
passion in what they do.

The resource mobilizers and financial backers would be he investors who are wiling to
invest in the business the seven proponents act as the resource mobilizer and financial backers
beacsue they will be ones on the one who will shae for the capital if the business. Other
investors are also followed or allowed to invest in the company to continuously improve the
business.

The manager and cashier personnel will be given the task of being technology providers
and applicators. They are also the one who will think of the technologies that the business
needs.

Fro the governance and top management the manager and the chefs will be the leader
and the assistant leader of the group that will handle all about managing.

The last one is the operating and supporting that includes the entire member.Other
members can be added to the operating team, but it is mainly the chef who will make the main
product which is the Fried Taro Flitters.The manager will be the one supporting the whole team
by advertisibg the business and who will be the one who sales talk because of his capabilities
and skills.With these 7 proponents in our business we believe that we are likely to succeed
because of our capabilities , skills ,perseverance, hard work combined as one to do and
promote our business as young entrepreneurs.

A. Profile
a. Must be 18-30 years of age.
b. Can be either a male or female.
B. Education
a. Must be graduated atleast Senior High School .

C. Experience
a. Must have atleast 6 months of working experience in business management.

D. Skills

a. Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and costumers.


b. Strong written and oral communication skills for managing business admin and
personnel matters.
c. Good business awareness for achieving successful performance.
d. Good cooperation skills- the ability to both work in and lead a team.
e. The ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
f. Problem-solving ablitiy, to resolve issues as they arise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Take responsibility for the business performance of the production


 Analyse and plan production sales levels and profitability
 Create and execute plans fir departments sales, profit and staff development
 Set budget or agree them with senior management
 Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff.
 Respond to costumer queries and complaints
 Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
