Alive safely on universe with technology

What is the meaning of technology, if we say this meaning is to closer the thing that is far from
you .Now the technology is in our hand. We use technology in all aspect in our life. But
unfortunately, some needs of our daily life can’t be fulfill. Because technology most probably is
not working properly in remote areas. People are not benefitted to get concernment. Health has
always been a major concern throughout the world, especially for developing countries like
Bangladesh. If we take a look in our health services of our country, all essential elements or
instruments are in only city areas.
The people who lives in the rural areas, they can’t have their
proper treatment as lack of doctors, nurses and diagnosis.
When people get infected in chronic diseases, they surely
not have the treatment in own region. They used to visits the
city for getting to cure. And this is so much suffering for them
to get appointment the appropriate physician. Because there
has a large number of fake physician who haven’t pass their
higher secondary school. Also they have to stay in road if
they doesn’t get the appointment in that day they visits.
There has a lack of proper trainer of diagnosis in these
areas. For this issue patients not get their actual health
checkup information. If they have chronic diseases, the
normal diagnosis center can’t find out the proper fact of their
disease. When they reach the last stage of the disease, then they may know about their fact.
But it is too late then. And there will no cure for them. Ultimately they have to meet premature
death. Moreover In 2020, crude death rate for Bangladesh was 5.52 deaths per thousand
population[1]. Even Maternal mortality ratio is the number of women who die from pregnancy-
related causes while pregnant or within 42 days of pregnancy termination per 100,000 live
births[2].
Also there has a problem of poverty. Lack of money, people get disagree to take treatment. Also
in our country the private diagnosis center demand a huge amount of cost for the regular
checkup. Because they have to buy the machine or import it from foreign country in large
amount of cost.
Blessing of technology:
So this is the time to take advantage of technology to use it in remote areas for better health
care. There has a many way to get help of the technology. Particularly we have to acquire the
advanced mechanical knowledge to build our own technology field that can make the all
necessary elements of medical services. And have to attain the actual knowledge how to
implement the machines. Then we can set the cost of health checkup is more cheap than the
other.
Moreover if we advanced our health monitoring system to replace it in e-health monitoring
system, then we may help the people of rural areas. By using e – health monitoring system, we
can observe the patients without getting in touch of the doctors. Also patients can have their
regular check up by this method. In this system, the patient information will be saved in the
cloud network which will be easy for doctors to treat them. And also patient doesn’t need to
visits the city or waiting for the appointment to take treatment.
From this method, doctors can treat a large number
of patients without getting infection. Even patient
will not be cheated by fake doctors. Since the
doctors information will be there for getting the help
to track an actual physician as needed. And also in
this type of system have an emergency system that
can get instant alert to doctor or the hospital
authority in case of health fluctuations of
emergency.
Besides we have to make awareness among the
people who lead their life in measurable. By using e
health monitoring system, people can consult with
their needed doctor who is far from them. And with it we have to ensure the proper training of
the diagnosis and regional health workers who help to give birth the pregnant women.
At last all we have to work together to make a country like as secure for entire community.
