2. To register ten (10) employees to the National Social Security Scheme (NSSF)
and submit the contributions of 10% from their gross salaries for each
employee and 10% from yours, as required by NSSF Act of 2018 The same
list as attached.
3. To pay the employee double the employee’s basic wage for each hour worked
on the public holiday and weekly rest day as provided for under section 24(4)
and 25 of the Employment and Labour Relations Act, Cap. 366 R.E. 2019
respectively.
Further, you are directed to ensure that measures to rectify the anomalies, be
taken within thirty (30) days from the date you are in receipt of this order.
