Self-Assessment and Improvement (Week 2 – January 24-28, 2020)

The second week of my training gives me more excitement, it's because my

supervisors assign me a task which is encoding sheets of plan into Microsoft Excel. When it comes to this
task, it helps me to improve and boost my skills when it comes to my skills and others.This task wasn't hard
at all and yes at first i struggle to do it because my idea was not enough, but because with the help of the
staffs and my supervisors i am able to come up with some ideas, till the next day i already do the task all by
myself.

With this task it helps me to understand how important to cooperate and communicate
with the staff and to my supervisors especially when you have questions and not enough knowledge.
Because all things will do step by step, and you can't do it alone. And also if i won't cooperate with them,
how can i gain knowledge. And communicating with everyone will build/built a strong bond and rapport.
