FOR VERIFYING
GAS LAWS
Mod. F-LG-1/EV

DESCRIPTION
Kit of 3 apparatuses for verifying gas laws:

BOYLE’S/MARIOTTE’S LAW
A graduated cylinder of transparent material is connected with
a pressure gauge on the bottom. Acting on the piston with a
screw provided with handwheel enables to reduce the volume
of the air contained in the cylinder and to read the value of its
pressure on the pressure gauge at the same time.
PHYSICS

CHARLES’ LAW
This apparatus enables to verify the law controlling the
variations of volume (at constant pressure) of a gas versus its
own temperature. Consequently the expansion coefficient (at
constant pressure) can be measured.

GAY-LUSSAC’S LAW
This apparatus enables to verify the law controlling the
variations of pressure (at constant volume) of a gas versus its
own temperature.

• Experiment verifying Boyle-Mariotte Law
• Experiment verifying Charles’ Law
• Experiment verifying Gay-Lussac’s Law
