JOB BACKGROUND:

iQuanti has built a foundation upon which it can grow rapidly. We are at a revenue run rate of around $20MM and are
aiming to get to $100MM in 3-5 years. This job is to work alongside the CEO to help craft the strategy, work alongside
senior leadership to drive the execution and assist the CEO is delivering against the goals. This job will run important
programs across the company for the CEO. We see this position as a way to move to significant roles in the company.
Previously the position was held by a talented senior management who is now going to take an important operations
role within the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will involve:

1. Working alongside the CEO to craft and hone the strategy for the organization and refine the business model
2. Lead the annual planning process for the company
3. Drive quarterly reviews to understand progress
4. Work with finance teams to track results and progress of initiatives
5. Help make investment decisions and learnings from the initiatives.

6. Help manage the CEO in focusing time on the most impactful activities. This will involve planning quarterly
objectives, bi-weekly sprint plans and daily schedules. Be a part of most of the CEO meetings, keep track of
follow ups and ensure that they get done.
7. Program Management of key Enterprise initiatives.
8. Assist the CEO with client and prospect meetings. This will involve helping prioritize activity, creation of decks,
keeping salesforce updated and administering it.
9. Assisting in shareholder meeting and creating decks
10. Overall organizational communication planning including townhall communication
11. Work with Senior leadership across the organization to help them deliver against organizational initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:

• Strong project management and organizational skills


• Must have the ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and through presentations.
• Ability to manage various stakeholders. Assist people in being successful at their jobs than being seen as one
more person making demands of them.
• Strong quantitative and business skills
• Some backgrounds that could work may be a) candidates in consulting looking to get into mainstream of a
business or b) candidates with deep marketing experience looking for more strategic roles.

QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA degree from a premier management school

really strong project management skills.
