AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

I, ATTY.ROBERT F. CATOLICO II, of legal age, Filipino, single and

with address of Zone 1, Bo. Obrero, Iloilo City, Philippines, after being sworn to
law hereby depose and state:

1. That I recently passed the Bar examinations this April 2020;

2. That I am a new lawyer and an associate at the CATOLICO,

SOBREVEGA, SUGANOB, GENESELA Law Office with an office
address of 2nd Floor, Room 207, La Salette Bldg, Valeria St., Iloilo City,
Philippines;

3. That the lessee of the said room is my father, Atty. Roberto Cal Catolico,
as such, he does not require me to pay rent for the use of the said room;

4. That in view of my father’s generous accommodation since I am new to

this profession, I am not paying any rental fee for the use of his leased
office;

5. As such, I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
