SECTION V: Additional Comments

 Please add any additional comments (Including comments/suggestions regarding online

supplementary materials, if any):

This paper has good historical account of Islamic banking in the Far East.

- The paper needs to include:

- The objective, problem, question and methodology, at the introduction.

- References need to conform with the Journal style

- Conclusion need to align with the objective of the paper (as it is, it does not)

- Since this is an historical paper, it will be nice if it ends with a discussion of how it has
achieved the objectives before the conclusion.

- The paper will look more scholarly if these are done.
