Aerobics is when a person dances to music as a form of

exercise along with a established mindset of positivity with


activites that transform it into a enjoyable, healthy and
rewarding part of working out.

Bad Effects of using steroids and recreational drugs:

those victories stripped from him after it was found he had
been taking drugs to help his performance during this
time.

He also received a lifetime ban from competing in all sports


which follow the Word Anti-Doping code.

Bad effects of drinking alcohol:


Over time, excessive alcohol use can lead to the

disease, stroke, liver disease, and digestive problems.
Cancer of the breast, mouth, throat, esophagus, voice box,
liver, colon, and rectum.

Actor, Richard Burton was one of the biggest celebrities of
the second half of the 20th century.In his forties, Burton
suffered from cirrhosis of the liver. His alcohol intake
bloated his kidneys to abnormal proportions. During an
operation to relieve back pain in the early 1980s, doctors
discovered that his spine was covered with crystallized
alcohol. Ignoring the pleas of his friends and family,
Burton’s health issues continued to throttle him until his
premature death at the age of 58 from a brain
hemorrhage.

Bad effect of smoking:


Within 10 seconds of your first puff, the toxic chemicals in
tobacco smoke reach your brain, heart and other organs.
Smoking harms almost every part of your body and
increases your risk of many diseases. Smoking also affects
how you look and feel, your finances and the people close
to you.

Louis Armstrong is known celebrity musician and also was


a heavy marijuana smoker for much of his life and spent
nine days in jail in 1930 after being arrested for drug
possession outside a club. He described marijuana as "a
thousand times better than whiskey".
Against his doctor's advice, Armstrong played a two-week
engagement in March 1971 at the Waldorf-Astoria's
Empire Room. At the end of it, he was hospitalized for
a heart attack. He was released from the hospital in May,
and quickly resumed practicing his trumpet playing. Still
hoping to get back on the road, Armstrong died of a heart
attack in his sleep on July 6, 1971, a month before his 70th
birthday.

This is why its important for us to work out and do


exercises like aerobics and zumba, we also have to watch
out for our own health so we do not end up like these
