for cabin and flight crew in the industry to make sure the SIA brand experience is fully and consistently
delivered. Their new recruits undergo a four-month training program. That training includes everything
from serving food and understanding the onboard wines to etiquette and cultural sensitivity for travelers
from different countries, from the UK to China.
