RBS 6201

RBS 6201 must be connected to the Main Earth Terminal (MET) inside
the equipment room using a 35 mm² Copper or 50 mm² Aluminium
grounding cable.
The RBS 6201 earth grounding points are located on the front of the
RBS and consists of two M8 studs as shown above.

Step 1 Slide the PDU into the cassette until the latch
on the PDU snaps into position
Step 2 Connect the EC-bus cable
Step 3 The PDU automatically configures itself. If
additional configurations are to be made, refer
to Manage Hardware Equipment
Step 4 Perform the concluding routines

• To install ECM 03 05:
• When installing ECM, make sure that there are no empty slots in the
cassette or the 1 U power sub-rack. To secure the airflow, all empty slots
need to be filled with dummy units
Step 1 Slide the ECM into the cassette until the latch on the ECM snaps
into position
Step 2 Connect the cables according to the previous notations
Step 3 Turn on the outputs on the ECM that are to be used by pressing
the button
Step 4 The ECM automatically configures itself. If additional
configurations are to be made, refer to Manage Hardware
Equipment.
Step 5 Ensure that there are no empty slots in the cassette or the 1 U
power sub rack. To secure the airflow, all empty slots need to be
filled with dummy units
Step 6 Perform the concluding routines
