AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, ELVIRA C. MARQUEZ, of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of and with postal address at Ili Norte, San Juan, La Union and
FELIZA F. ABAT, also of legal age, Filipino, widow, and resident of and
with postal address at Ili Norte, San Juan, La Union after having been
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state that:

We personally know ASUNCION N. GARCIA, who is our long time

barangay neighbor and acquaintance for more than 70 years, and the fact
of her birth was registered at the Local Civil Registrar’s Office of San Juan,
La Union having been born on August 15, 1921, but because birth records
archived with the said office for the period 1910-1944 were all destroyed
during World War II, a true transcription of his birth cannot be had;

We also know and attest to the fact that ASUNCION during her lifetime
was married to the late Mariano Garcia and both were residents of Ili Norte,
San Juan, La Union since we have known them where they built their
family home;

We are not in any way related to ASUNCION within the fourth civil
degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary
interest in the subject matter for which this affidavit may be used and/or
introduced; and

We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing statements for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
